History of Naturism and Nudism-Part 1- Key Points in German History

             In the beginning, at the twenty century.There were books publish on Naturism ; these writers are , Richard Ungewitter-Die Nacktheit  and  Dr. Heinrich Pudor- Nacktkultur . Dr.Heinrich Pudor, organized a group.In which, he insisted on no tobacco ,  alcohol  and  meat. But insisted on daily exercise , mainly gymnastics. This Nacktkultur was the philosophy he practice.Paul Zimmermann purchase land near Klingsberg,Germany . He opened  Freilichtpark and continue the  bans on no tobacco,alcohol and meat. There were mandatory mourning calisthenics, for an hour.This  radical social idea and philosophy is called ; free body culture , in german: Freikorperkultur or called  FKK in short.
             In the country of German, after the begining . There were more movements , ideas and thoughts on Naturism. Adolph Koch started a nudist gymnastic institute .That had semi-public performances of nude dancers and gymnastics.In 1930 the first international FKK convention was held in,Frankfurt,Germany. While the WW2 Nazi Germay slowed growth.The Nazi regin baned naturist books  and took over naturist camps.These naturist camps were converted to youth camps.

             After the war in Germany. The naturist movement begins to pick- up.The Island of Sylit , becomes the first FKK beach.Then the youth of germany formed an sports association in  1958.This is FKK Jungend- Free body culture youth.Though ages 6 and 27,they learned sports,arts and games.They held seminars and camps.Also took trips together. They did national and international  youth exchanges.

              This is the history of German Naturism.Through  the begining till the end.Thus going through many changes ; in philosophy ,ideas and movements.The fore fathers were stroung to presue tihs lifestyle.It survived the Nazi war machine.Thus with the FKK Jungend ,it will survive the future.
